## Verdict

While the Kenmore 24" Built-In Dishwasher delivers excellent cleaning results and runs quietly, several users have encountered significant challenges with its rack design and customer service. The difficulty in efficiently utilizing the space for larger items might make this model less ideal for households with diverse dishwashing needs. Consider if the high cleaning performance outweighs the limitations in space usage before making your purchase.

**Top pro:** Excellent cleaning performance; dishes come out squeaky clean.
**Top con:** Customer service and delivery issues, including incorrect and damaged items, as well as unsatisfactory resolution support.
